Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you full command over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and secure your mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the email box account you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
